General Parking
Traffic flow
VIP parking will be in the blocked off north section.
All those attending general parking will be directed to fill each spot one-by-one by parking directors. Each row must be filled in order, before moving to the next row. This ensures a simple, hassle free guest experience!

Foyer
Volunteer positions
We will have 5 foyer volunteers to assist, direct & greet guests coming to the facility. The 2 at the door are to welcome in guests and check all tickets. Once checked they will be instructed to go to balcony for _ tickets, or the floor for - tickets.
VIP will not be entering from the main entrance.

The middle person is there to answer any questions and direct guests to the staircases located in the main foyer. Elevator access will be limited to those in need of assistance.

All main floor tickets will be again checked at the main sanctuary entrance again. And be directed to a seating section.
Main Sanctuary
Volunteer positions
We will have 6 sanctuary volunteers to assist and direct during the concert. 2 at the entrance, 1 at VIP door, 1 at south foyer door, 1 at south balcony, & 1 at north balcony.
These volunteers will be able to direct guests to exits, restrooms, & answer any event questions.

We will have 3 VIP parking volunteers to assist and direct before & after the concert. 2 at the VIP parking entrance, 1 to direct to their parking space.
